The Modules

All or any of the Modules can be ordered at any time

Cheques Printing Module 

While the Base Module keeps track of who won what and even prepares Winners' statements after deducting appropriate fees owed, it does not prepare winners' cheques or cheque registers.  The winners' statements can be transferred to MS Excel using    MS Office Links and, after some manipulation, be imported into      a number of generic Accounting Programs . However; a more structured,  preferred method of doing this is included in the Cheques Printing Module along with, of course, the ability to print   the cheques and cheque registers from within AgriFair21C itself.      This module, like the others, was excluded from the Base so as     not to force Fairs to pay for features they did not want.

Concessions Module

This Module allows you to set up Concession Areas, Sub-areas and booths and to keep track of which booths (or slots) are assigned and which ones are still available. It allows you to print invoices and receipts on the fly and to keep track of Sales Taxes (if applicable). 

Patrons (Sponsors) Module

The Patrons Module produces Patrons' invoices, reminders and Tax Receipts. You can transfer this years Patrons into next years Fair with a single click. It allows you to assign donations to Events and print the Sponsors' names on the announcer's Ring Sheets. It produces statistics relating Event and Department sponsorship to prizes paid and offered.  

Gates & Tickets Module 

You assign a number of tickets of varying values and a cash float to Gate attendants. When they return, after you record the remaining tickets and cash, the program reconciles the results. Printouts are available by Gates and dates.
