-Deducts all owed fees and next years Members' Fee  (if required) from cheques and/or statements.

-Prints Results & Statistics. (Some Statistical Reports require the Patrons Module)

-When used with MS Word, Results can be saved in HTML format for uploading to your Web Site.  

-Prints Concessions' invoices & tracks availability & payments. (Requires Concessions Module)

-Prints Patrons' invoices, reminders & Official Income Tax Receipts. (Requires Patrons Module)

-Reconciles Gate Receipts to tickets & admissions. (Requires Gates & Tickets Module)

*Judging Sheets show all the entries in all the events and have a space for the Judges to write in the placing for each entry.

*Judges' Prize sheets show all events and have a space for the Judges to record the winning entries.

-It's your choice, record all the entries before the Fair and produce Ring and Judging Sheets.

-You can use the Judges' Prize sheets after the Fair to enter the 'Winners Only'.

-You can handle your Livestock events one way and your Bench events the other way.                         

-In any case the system produces Exhibitors' Statements and Cheques** as well as Results reports and Statistics.
